Life Saver—”Message in a Bottle”

The Cleveland Fire Brigade—Lions “ Message in a Bottle” scheme is a simple idea designed to get people to keep their personal and medical details on a standard form in a common location (the Fridge) in the event of an emergency. The information it contains could help emergency service personnel to save your (or an elderly relative’s) life in the event that you can’t help.
